Moreover, for certain services under this Agreement, they may be provided to you by the Company's affiliated companies, successor companies, or companies recognized by the Company. Your knowledge and acceptance of the relevant service content means acceptance of the relevant rights and obligations, and you are also bound by this Agreement.

If you register as an enterprise user, when you fill in the enterprise information according to the registration page prompts, read and agree to this Agreement, and complete all enterprise certification and registration procedures, it means that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of this Agreement, and agreed to accept this Agreement as a party to this Agreement and other agreements and rules related to Smart Video Editor editing software and related services, and ensure that your account users also comply with the agreements and rules related to Smart Video Editor editing software and related services (including but not limited to the "Smart Video Editor Personal Information Protection Policy"), and the behavior of your account users using the platform's related services and functions will be regarded as your behavior. If you do not agree with this Agreement or any of its terms, please stop the registration process immediately or stop using the software and related services.
Smart Video Editor currently has an APP client version, and you can directly search and install it from the App Store. If we subsequently add web version services and WeChat mini-program services and other service channels, we will announce through the above official website, and please obtain or access through the Company's official website or authorized third-party channels by the Company. If you do not obtain Smart Video Editor editing software from the Company or a third party authorized by the Company, the Company cannot guarantee that the non-official version of Smart Video Editor software can be used normally, and the losses you suffer will be borne by yourself and have nothing to do with the Company, please be aware.
To better improve user experience and services, this platform will periodically provide updates or changes to Smart Video Editor software and related services (including but not limited to software modification, upgrades, function enhancements, development of new services, software replacement, etc.), and this platform will prompt you in an appropriate manner (including but not limited to system prompts, announcements, in-site messages, etc.) when feasible. For device local files or video link-associated files that you upload, you should ensure that you have obtained legal permissions to use or allow us to use such materials, and there is no infringement of any intellectual property rights or infringement of others' rights and interests. Videos produced by Smart Video Editor are only for your personal entertainment, learning, research, or appreciation, and cannot be used for any commercial purposes. Otherwise, you shall bear the responsibility for infringement yourself, and be responsible for handling civil/administrative/criminal disputes filed against us, and compensate us for all losses suffered thereby.
The data you upload (including content corresponding to provided links), process, store, download, distribute, and otherwise handle through the services we provide is your user business data, and you fully own your user business data. Except for providing video editing technical services, we do not make any unauthorized use or disclosure of your business data, including not controlling, editing, and downloading your user business data, and we cannot fully control your usage behavior. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the legality, correctness, positive nature, authenticity, and other qualities of the content you upload and the finished products after editing (hereinafter referred to as "editing finished products"). You should bear responsibility for your upload and usage behavior yourself.
If you spread and disseminate reactionary, pornographic, or other information that violates the laws and regulations of any country/region where either party is located through our services, our service system records may serve as evidence of your violation of relevant national laws and regulations. At the same time, you should compensate us for all losses such as reputation damage caused thereby.
This platform does not provide any information publishing or social services. If you need to use editing finished products for information publishing, you need to first download the editing finished products to your local device and publish them to third-party platforms yourself. The dissemination and dissemination channels of editing finished products are determined by you, and we have no control or operation permissions. Therefore, we do not assume any responsibility for your publishing behavior. Given that we cannot control, restrict, or interfere with your use of editing finished products, you should ensure that editing finished products are published in accordance with the laws and regulations of the country/region where the information is published and the provisions of this Agreement. If your improper publishing behavior causes us to suffer civil compensation or administrative penalties, we have the right to require you to compensate us for all losses.
When you use Smart Video Editor AI-related functions to generate content (hereinafter referred to as "AI-generated content"), you should do so in compliance with laws and regulations and the terms of this Agreement, and you shall bear the corresponding responsibility caused by improper use of AI-generated content yourself.
Please understand and agree that as a regular user, you can enjoy a certain limit and number of free basic services multiple times, but for basic services beyond the above limit and number, as well as special services and functions, the platform has the right to charge. At the same time, the platform has the right to adjust the types, limits, and quantities of free basic services at any time, please pay attention to page prompts.
Please understand that we only provide technical services and have not made any guarantees or commitments regarding the results you can achieve using the service. We cannot refund you because the service you use failed to meet your subjective expectations. Therefore, once paid services are purchased, it means that you have understood and accepted the above terms. We have the right to change, adjust, cancel, or increase all or part of the paid service content and member rights according to market conditions. You understand and agree that this Agreement aims to protect compliance with national laws and regulations, maintain public order and good customs, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and others. This platform tries its best to judge according to relevant laws and regulations within its capacity, but does not guarantee that this platform's judgment is completely consistent with the judgment of judicial organs and administrative organs. You have understood and agreed to bear the consequences arising therefrom.
7. In any case, this platform is not liable for any profit losses you suffer from using Smart Video Editor software and related services. This Agreement only applies to the Smart Video Editor official website, APP, WeChat mini-program (if any), etc. provided by the Company, and does not apply to other products or services provided by the Company or its affiliates. When you use other products or services provided by the Company or its affiliates, you should comply with the user agreements of those other products or services.
