其中，免除或者限制责任条款等重要内容将以加粗形式提示您注意，您应重点阅读。除非您已阅读并接受本协议及相关协议、规则等所有条款，否则，您无权使用本服务。您使用本服务，即视为您已阅读并同意上述协议、规则等的约束。您有违反本协议的任何行为时，公司有权依照违反情况，随时单方限制、中止或终止向您提供本服务，并有权追究您的相关责任。
公司有权根据专注力训练助手软件及相关服务或运营的需要单方决定，安排或指定其关联公司、继承公司或公司认可的第三方公司继续运营专注力训练助手软件。并且，就本协议项下涉及的某些服务，可能会由公司的关联公司、继承公司或公司认可的第三方公司向您提供。您知晓并同意接受相关服务内容，即视为接受相关权利义务关系，亦受本协议约束。

如您注册成为企业用户，当您按照注册页面提示填写企业信人息、阅读并同意本协议且完成全部企业认证、注册程序后，即表示您已充分阅读、理解并接受本协议的全部内容，并同意作为本协议的一方当事人接受本协议以及其他与专注力训练助手及相关服务相关的协议和规则，并确保您的账号使用者同样洋遵守鬼手专注力训练助手及相关服务相关的协议和规则（包括但不限于《专注力训练助手个人信息保护政策》）的约束，您的账号使用者使用本平台相关服务和功能的行为将视为您的行为。如您不同意本协议或其中任何条款约定，请您立即固停止注册程序或停止使用软件及相关服务。
专注力训练助手目前版本有APP客户端，您可以直接搜索AppStore安装和使用。如后续我们增设网页版服务与微信小程序服务等其他服务渠道，我们将通过上述官方网址公示告知，并请您通过公司官网、公司已授权的第三方渠道获取或访问。若您并非从公司或经公司授权的第三方获取专注力训练助手的，公司无法保证非官方版本的专注力训练助手软件能够正常使用，您因此遭爱的损失由您自行承担，与公司无关，请您悉知。
为更好地提升用户体验及服务，本平台将不定期提供专注力训练助手软件及相关服务的更新或改变（包括但不限于软件修改、升级、功能强化、开发新服务、软件替换等），本平台将在可行情况下以适当方式（包括但不限于系统提示、公告、站内信等）提示您。若您不接受更新后的软件及相关服务，请立即停止使用软件及相关服务。
专注力训练助手软件及相关服务中包含本平台以各种合法方式获取的信息或信息内容链接，同时也包括公司及其关联方合法运营的其他单项服务。这些服务在专注力训练助手中可能以单独板块形式存在。本平台有权不定期地增加、减少或改动这些特别板块的设置及服务。您可以在专注力训练助手软件中开启和使用上述单项服务功能。某些单项服务可能需要您同时接受就该服务特别制订的协议或者其他约束您与该项服务提供者之间的规则。必要时本平台将以醒目的方式提供这些协议、规则供您查可。一旦您开始使用上述服务，则视为您理解并接受有关单项服务的相关协议、规则的约束。如未标明使用期限、或未标明使用期限为"永久"、"无限期"或"无限制"的，则这些服务的使用期限为自您开始使用该服务时至该服务在专注力训练助手软件停止提供之日为止。
本平台许可您一项个人的（如您注册成为个人用户）/企业的（如您注册成为企业用户）、不可转让的、非独占的和非商业的合法使用专注力训练助手软件及相关服务的权利。本协议未明示授权的其他一切权利仍由公司保留，您在行使该些权利前须另行获得公司的书面许可，同时公司如未行使前述任何权利，并不构成对该权利的放弃。
本应用无需用户登录即可使用全部功能。
您在专注力训练助手软件中使用第三方提供的软件及相关服务时，除遵守本协议及专注力训练助手中的其他相关规则外，还可能需要同意并遵守第三方的协议、相关规则。如因第三方软件及相关服务产生的争议、损失或损害，由您自行与第三方解决，本平台并不就此而对您成任何第三方承担任何责任。
专注力训练助手提供以下会员订阅套餐：
（1）月度会员、季度会员和年度会员为自动续订订阅服务。
（2）订阅会在当前计费周期结束前24小时内自动续订。
（3）账户会在当前周期结束前24小时内收取续订费用。
（4）您可以随时在Apple ID账户设置中管理或取消订阅。取消订阅后，您仍可使用已付费的订阅服务直至当前计费周期结束。
（5）永久会员为一次性购买，无需续订，永久有效。
开通会员后，您将享受以下权益：
（1）所有支付均通过Apple App Store进行处理，您需要使用Apple ID关联的支付方式完成购买。
（2）退款申请需通过Apple官方退款流程提出，具体退款政策以Apple官方规定为准。
（3）购买成功后，会员权益将立即生效。
我们保留调整订阅价格的权利。价格调整将在当前订阅周期结束后生效。如果您不同意价格调整，可以在当前订阅周期结束前取消订阅。
若您为个人用户，本平台与您一同致力于您的个人信息（即能够独立或与其他信息结合后识别您身份的信息）的保护：若您为企业用户，本平台同样与您致力于对您账号使用者个人信息的保护。保护用户个人信息是本平台的基本原则之一，在使用专注力训练助手软件及相关服务的过程中，您可能需要提供相关个人信息（包括但不限于您的姓名、手机号码、位置信息、设备信息等），以便本平台向您提供更好的服务和相应的技术支持。本平台将依法保护用户查阅、复制、转移、更正、补充、删除相关个人信息以及撤回授权，注销账号、投诉举报的权利，并将运用加密技术、匿名化处理等其他与专注力训练助手软件及相关服务相匹配的技术措施及其他安全措施保护个人信息。有关用户信息保护的更多内容请详见《专注力训练助手个人信息保护政策》。
我们尊重并保护您及其他用户的知识产权。除明确授权平台或其他用户使用的知识产权外，您的其他知识产权若遭受他人侵犯，您可以通过司法、行政等救济途径向侵权行为人追偿，如您需要公司协助的，公司会尽力协助。同时，若您上传的内容或剪辑成品侵害他人知识产权，我们将在核实后删除、屏蔽相关内容并可能封禁您的账户。
您可按照本平台公示的联系方式向本平台投诉、举报各类违法违规行为、违法传播活动、违法有害信息等内容，本平台将及时受理和处理您的投诉举报，以共同营造风清气正的网络空间。
专注力训练助手尊重用户的正当权利、鼓励您在合法权利受到侵犯时采取维权行动。当您的权利受到侵犯时，您可以通过司法、行政等救济途径向侵权行为人追偿。您知悉，协助用户维护权利并非专注力训练助手义务，但专注力训练助手愿为维护您的权益、建立良好有序的社区尽一切努力。如您需要本平台协助的，本平台愿尽力协助。
您需遵守本平台的相关准则与规范，否则我们有权拒绝或终止提供服务，并依照本协议对违规账号进行处罚，且您应不使用我们提供的相关服务，且应独自承担由此带来的一切责任及给第三方、我们造成的全部损失。
除非得到本平台明示事先书面授权，您不得以任何形式对专注力训练助手软件及相关服务进行包括但不限于改编、复制、传播、垂直搜索、镜像或交易等未经授权的访问或使用。
除非法律允许或者经本平台事先书面许可，您不得使用未经本平台授权或许可的任何插件、外挂、系统或第三方工具对专注力训练助手软件及相关服务的正常运行进行干扰、破坏、修改或施加其他影响。
除非法律允许或者经本平台事先书面许可，您不得利用或针对专注力训练助手软件及相关服务进行任何危害计算机网络安全的行为，包括但不限于：
如果本平台有理由认为您的行为违反或可能违反上述条款约定的，本平台可独立进行判断并处理，且在任何时候有权在不事先通知的情况下终止向您提供服务，并依法追究相关责任。
1.公司在专注力训练助手软件及相关服务中提供的内容（包括但不限于软件、技术、程序、网页、文字、图片、图像、音频、视频、图表、版面设计、电子文档等）的知识产权属于公司所有，受中国著作权法的保护。公司提供专注力训练助手及相关服务时所依托的软件的著作权、专利权及其他知识产权均归公司所有。未经公司许可，任何人不得擅自使用（包括但不限于通过任何机器人、"蜘蛛"等程序或设备监视、复制、传播、展示、镜像、上传、下载）专注力训练助手软件及相关服务中的内容。许可的方式包括书面许可、官网、小程序（如有）或APP公示、私信通知等明示通知，以及相关页面出现下载等功能且实际可进行了下载等的默示通知。
2.公司为专注力训练助手开发、运营提供技术支持，并对专注力训练助手软件及相关服务的开发和运营等过程中产生的所有数据和信息等享有中国法律法规和国际版权法允许范围内的全部权利。

As a personal or enterprise user account using 专注力训练助手, you shall comply with the "专注力训练助手 User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") and other relevant agreements and rules. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, the relevant terms apply to both personal and enterprise users.

If we subsequently add web version services and WeChat mini program services and other service channels, we will announce through the above official website, and please obtain or access through the company's official website or third-party channels authorized by the company. If you do not obtain 专注力训练助手 from the company or third parties authorized by the company, the company cannot guarantee that the unofficial version of 专注力训练助手 software can be used normally, and the losses you suffer as a result shall be borne by yourself, and have nothing to do with the company, please be aware.

(3) After successful purchase, membership benefits will take effect immediately.
We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices. Price adjustments will take effect after the current subscription period ends. If you do not agree with the price adjustment, you can cancel the subscription before the current subscription period ends.
If you are a personal user, this platform works with you to protect your personal information (i.e., information that can identify you independently or in combination with other information): if you are an enterprise user, this platform also works with you to protect the personal information of your account users. Protecting user personal information is one of the basic principles of this platform. In the process of using 专注力训练助手 software and related services, you may need to provide relevant personal information (including but not limited to your name, mobile phone number, location information, device information, etc.) so that this platform can provide you with better services and corresponding technical support. This platform will legally protect users' rights to access, copy, transfer, correct, supplement, delete relevant personal information and withdraw authorization, cancel accounts, and complain and report, and will use encryption technology, anonymization and other technical measures matching 专注力训练助手 software and related services and other security measures to protect personal information.
